While we try to physically be in our retail location during the hours specified, our duties often require spending time at clients homes and businesses, and we cannot guarantee 100% someone will be in the shop, if you just 'drop in'.

Please do *call* the store and be sure that we're in! Certainly, we will often accomodate other hours, to meet *your* needs and schedule for a store visit, site visit, or face to face meeting.
